TRU ASIA SHIFTS UP A GEAR

Collaborating with the Toys"R"Us Asia team, we spearheaded the development of their distinct diecast and R/C brand aimed at outshining competitors. Following meticulous research and insights, our journey encompassed naming, positioning, and extended to comprehensive branding and trademarking. We crafted an intricate packaging guide, leveraging the complexity of their most intricate packs, accompanied by detailed rules for local vendors and factories to replicate.

To round off the brand experience, we formulated an extensive marketing guide. This encompassed digital strategies, covering CRM, social media, and digital ads, as well as in-store design and point-of-purchase (POP) displays. Our holistic approach ensured a seamless and impactful brand rollout for Toys"R"Us Asia.
